A scholarship is awarded to a  student on a yearly basis planning to major or minor in Evangelism or in Communication. The student need to have at least a 3.00 grade average and be able to demonstrate financial needs.The amount distributed each year to a qualified applicant will be based on earnings from Jonas B. Nyberg Memorial Fund.  The endowment Fund ensures there is a steady flow of income for scholarships year after year.

The Scholarships are to be applied to the tuition, room and board, fees, book purchases and auxiliary expenses directly related to the study at ORU.

All gifts are are deductible for tax purposes.  ORU is a 501(c) non-profit organization. Tax ID: 73-739626. ORU will provide privacy for donors to Jonas B. Nyberg Memorial Fund and will not use names and addresses for  other fundraising purposes.
